All Policy

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and the " Gold Coast Beach Resort" under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-

RESERVATION
  • Please make advance reservation via telephone or book online to ensure room availability.
  • Advance in Cash or deposit /online Payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation. Please read the cancellation policy before obtaining the confirmed reservation.
  • When you confirm a booking it is implied that you have checked the Room and available facilities and services and thereby confirming a booking. Please ask the reservation manager to send you pictures of the room and provide you with details of the services available to you so. Any cancellation falling outside the "Refundable Cancellation Period" (See Cancellation Policy Below), will attract a cancellation charge therewith.
  • Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated. The rates are generally dynamic in nature. Once a rate is selected and transaction is executed by you, no other rate is applicable either higher or lower and enforce no refund is admissible.
  • The actual taxes, fees and Cess prevalent at the time of stay shall be applicable, which may vary from the estimates and you are liable to pay any extra cost on account of such amendments in taxes, fees, Cess etc.
  • Currency conversions are estimates and are provided as information only. The bill on check out for stay shall be charged in the hotel's local currency.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion of the hotel, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity, violates the code of conduct or the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with malafide intention or mistake or error.
  • On check in to the hotel, please present the hotel reservation confirmation voucher/email along with valid photo ID or Passport, AADHAAR, Election Identity Card, Photo driving license, or any photo ID card issued by Central/State government and a valid credit card for any incidental and/ or extra charges.
  • All promotion/sale rates are restrictive fares and are non-refundable. Certain promotion/sale Rates do not permit any changes in the hotel booking. Please check restrictions on the rate while booking. Under all promotion(s)/sale rates, limited inventory is available on select Room type(s) only on first come first served basis.
  • Sarita Hotel & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the promotion/sale without any prior notice.
  • All extra services & amenities not part of this offer will be available at an on additional charge only.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s) available through any loyalty program run by Sarita Hotel & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. or any third party.
  • In case of non-availability of pre-booked room at the time of arrival, the hotel will offer an alternate similar standard hotel/ in a similar room type, at its discretion and without any further liability.
  • Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation against the advance payment.
  • All rates are subject to prevailing local taxes as applicable on room tariff & services opted.
OCCUPANCY
  • Normal occupancy permits maximum two people per room. Additional person (if room size permits) is charge extra as per prevalent rate of the Hotel.
  • You need to pay at least 50% of the total amount as advance to make a booking for group booking/ 2 or more rooms.
  • We allow triple occupancy by providing an extra mattress for the third person for extra fee. However extra bed and breakfast for third occupancy is charged.
DEPOSIT/ ONLINE PAYMENT
  • The deposit / online payment to be paid in advance equivalent to 50% of total room nights booked for the entire stay to get the confirmed reservation.
  • The balance tariff of the room night(s) is to be paid/settled at the time of Check-in or when presented.
  • The food bill and other rendered services can be settled/paid at the time of Check-out. Please note unless these bills are settled before/during Checkout, it will be deemed that the guest has not checked out and an additional room night tariff may be applicable.
  • We accept deposit only against the Maestro, Visa and MasterCard. For any alternate mode of payment, please contact the hotel's reservations.
  • Corporate reservations need to be secured by a company credit card. For any alternate mode of payment, please contact Hotel's Reservation.
  • Group bookings of four or more rooms require cancellation notice to refund the deposit as specified in cancellation & early checkout policy.
CHECK - IN & CHECK - OUT

Normal check in time is 10 A.M and check - out time is 08 A.M

EARLY CHECK - IN & LATE CHECK - OUT
  • Early check-in is available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and prior intimation & confirmation only.
  • For Late Check-out it is depends upon the management policy that late checkout request will be accommodated at no charge or all late checkouts will be charged with and additional late checkout fee.
  • Early check out deems for entire period charge whether or not you stay the entire period.
CANCELLATION POLICY

In case your plans change, ensure to inform preferably in writing the cancellation/ amendments in plan to the Hotel Reservation. The guidelines in this regards as under:-

The modification/cancellation request for bookings made online will be processed automatically through the Internet Booking Engine. Any refund due shall be done through the system in accordance with the applicable modification/cancellation rules. In case of rebooking, a rate difference may be payable for the change as per the rate applicable for the rebooked date/ room type and subject to availability.

For modification/cancellation request for bookings made directly to Hotel via call or email, If cancelled or modified up to 07 days before date of arrival, no cancellation will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 03 days before date of arrival, 50 % of the booked room nights/advance will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 01 days before date of arrival, 80% of the booked room nights/advance will be charged.

Mid Stay Cancellations: In case you decide to shorten your stay any time post Check-In, you will be charged for the fully availed nights plus 100% as cancellation fee for the cancelled nights.

For Bulk bookings: For Bulk bookings (4 rooms or more than 5nights): Token amount will be fully refunded if you cancel the booking 30days prior to the check in date.

If you cancel the booking 15 days prior to your check in time 50% of the token amount will be refunded.

Token amount is non refundable if you cancel the booking less than 15 days to the check in date. No show will be treated as cancellation. You need to pay at least 50% of the total booking amount as advance to make a booking for 4 or more rooms. Hotels reserve the right to deny check-in where customers are unable to provide a valid government id or where minor Guests are travelling unaccompanied or if the Hotel is suspicious of the Guests check-in at it's Property. Under all such cases the management and hotel shall be under no obligation to refund any amount to the Guest.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

Illegal activities are not permitted in the premises. You should be aware that the Hotel may refuse service or evict you in case of the following:

a) For refusal or failure to pay for accommodation,

b) If you act in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests,

c) If you destroy, damage, deface or threaten harm to hotel property, guests and employees.

d) Any of your actions are deemed inappropriate by the Hotel.

Please keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. You may be held liable for any damage to Hotel assets (except normal wear and tear).

Smoking, Drugs and Alcohol

Anyone found using or under the influence of illegal drugs or substances classified under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 will be reported to the police and asked to leave the Hotel. Any evidence or suspicion of drug use at the Hotel will also be reported immediately to the police.

Drinking alcohol and Smoking is prohibited in all public areas including; in the Hotel's lobby, hallways, and parking areas of the Hotel. Please contact the Hotel Front Desk regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages within your room, without disturbing the discipline of the Hotel or other guests.

Child Policy

Room stay up to two children below 6 years without additional mattress is complimentary

Children above 6 years are treated as adult by the hotel and charged accordingly in order to avail any discount contact the management prior to your check-in Restaurant and Dining

Out side food and beverage is strictly prohibited at the property

We operate in pre scheduled hours' guests must refer to the menu or contact the front desk

Kindly give the management at least 30 Minutes for preparing the food as we prepare fresh items.

Complimentary breakfast is served as per prescheduled timing after which breakfast will be charged

Food once ordered can't be cancelled after preparation started.

Guests are requested to minimize food wastage

Guests are advised to verify the food bill and immediately notify the front office if any discrepancy found

Guests are requested to inform the management if they are allergic to any certain kind of food(s).

Hotel won't be responsible for any health issues arising from consumption of food if guest fails to provide these information prior to food preparation Lost and found

Guests are advised to care for their own belongings

Hotel is not liable for lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen valuables or belongings

All valuables found are deposited in lost and found department

Guests must contact the lost and found section if they have any missing valuable

Valuables if found by the hotel will be deposited at the lost and found section

Guest must provide the proof of ownership in order to claim his/her belongings

Unclaimed belongings will be disposed after 3 months from the date of finding Other policy

Hotel won't be liable for any services availed by the guest which doesn't comes under the hotel services

Hotel is not responsible for any theft or cheat case resulting from dealing with outside vendors

If guest have any queries regarding any matter they should directly communicate with front office

It is advised to guests that they should reconfirm with front office any information which they think might be misleading or incorrect

Front office is the only team which is authorised to answer guest quires

Hotel shall not be held responsible if guest encounter any unpleasant experience resulting from misinformation received from unauthorised sources
